Refund policy

At West Highland Evergreens, we take great pride in delivering premium, freshly harvested North Carolina Fraser firs and holiday décor directly to your door. Because our trees are a natural, perishable product, we are unable to accept returnsonce a tree has been delivered. Like all living plants, Fraser firs are subject to natural variation in shape, needle density, and fragrance — these characteristics are part of what makes each tree unique, and are not considered defects.

We're committed to your satisfaction. If your tree arrives damaged, experiences unusual or premature needle drop, or does not meet your expectations in a meaningful way, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will do our best to:

  • Replace your tree if stock is available
  • Offer a store credit toward a future purchase
  • Work with you on a case-by-case solution that feels fair

We ask that you care for your tree properly upon arrival — keep it watered, away from heat sources, and in a cool location — as improper care may affect its longevity and is outside our control.
